We at Malaka Spice have launched a brand-new Vegetarian menu: "The Veggie-Table", filled with meat-free, flavourful dishes, this menu promises to offer thoughtfully curated dishes to highlight the vibrant, fresh flavours of Southeast Asia, making it an ideal choice for those seeking a break from meat-based dishes this festive season without compromising on flavours.

What makes this menu different?

At Malaka Spice, we have always been crafting culinary experiences that celebrate authenticity and freshness, and "The Veggie-Table" is no exception. This menu brings the same excitement, warmth, and flavours you’ve come to love about our signature Southeast Asian offerings—but now in an entirely plant-based format. We have taken unique veggies such as Arbi, Pumpkins, various kinds of Gourds, Sweet Potatoes and more and given them the centrestage on the menu. Basically, made them a hero on the menu!

The Farm to Plate Concept

What’s interesting about this vegetarian menu is that most of the unique veggies that you see on our menu are from our very own Cherish Farm; such as Cherish Greens, Kaffir Lime, Bottle Gourd, Sponge Gourds! So, let's take a closer look at the dishes on the new menu.
